A few things stand out for me
We've reached inflection point for carrying capacity of this market
Shorts have been tested with the continuous flury of buy side reactions around key pivots (check my previous posts on monthly vwap for instance). Almost premeditated responsive buying
Yellow line is astray. Essentially telling me that a lot of the buying power from short covering and aggressive new positions are being soaked (market failing to crack key contextual zones higher despite broad market conditions being in a goldilocks state of flux)
Caution warranted here given compression

We hit a hard contextual zone in the form of 2024 vwap and Junes VAH at approx 66 k where we found reflexive sellers step into the tape
Rn, hovering around the current developing Monthly VAH at 65 k even
TLDR: ping ponging between 65 and 66 k
Bulls need 65 k to hold to give another chance at higher
Bears want us to crack the 65 k nut to open a trapdoor into th current monthly vwap (smooth blue line below)

Meanwhile it appears the coin margin longs on bybit have gone absolutely insane this weekend
It isn't about the notional positions in the mix per say
Its how poor they positioned relative to the price range that formed yday
Would expect this delta to be shed

#BTC had a lovely rotation into Q1 VAL confluent with Q2 VAL (there is enough reason to see this as a zone per my book)
If we can sustain price above here I think we can look north towards the 70s (Q2 VWAP)
However, a failure to hold here opens up 62500 and 61 k as interim targets to gage bid side reaction and presence of buyers
